I found that this solution helps:

Right-click Adobe Acrobat.app, go to “Contents” -> “Plugins” and delete Updater.acroplugin.

运行以下命令即可：

rm -rf /Applications/Adobe Acrobat DC/Adobe Acrobat.app/Contents/Plugins/Updater.acroplugin
